Art Licensing Opportunities

Greater Spokane & INW Artists: We want to work with you!

We’re looking for local artists to partner with to develop products for our shop and to feature on our website. Starting in the Fall 2026, we’re launching new product designs each month, exploring different themes, and highlighting the work of different artists from our region.

Benefits for Partnering Artists

We evaluate each submission to identify potential customer demographics and product placement. Selected artists will have the opportunity to license their artwork to us for sales-based commissions. Artist who license their original artwork to Folk & Foundry retain all rights to their artwork. They’ll also receive the following:

  • Graphic Design and Production Formatting
  • Competitive tiered commission rates that increase with the artist’s sales
  • Support for small batch product orders for in-person sales
  • Facilitated sales through Folk & Foundry’s online markets – Payment processing, returns, customer support, sales taxes, and shipping.

Folk & Foundry only accepts submissions of original art from artists who reside in the INW and which is created within the Inland North West. If you are not the original artist, you must have a legal right to commercial use of the artwork, such as through inheritance.

We value your privacy and will never share or use any artwork without a signed license agreement from the artist permitting it. Watermarks and lower resolution images are ok, but we will request a better quality image or access to view the original before formally offering a license agreement.
